where some 'creative' soldier.....lined up 30-50...troublemakers...

in front of a canon...and took them all out,,,with one blast.....

reminded me of the French in Haiti ....

the French warrior's....would pack the bum of the 'guilty'..

with gun powder...and set it alight........

My point is they all did it. Anthropologists guess 25% of all people died from war in the last 10,000 years.

In Chinese history they talk about sieges and battles where everyone was killed and the streets ran red with blood.

Heck we still had segregation until the 1960's. That is very barbaric in itself.

Scalp hunters were common in this country in the 1800's. And boy were they dumb.
