James No problem. Discussion is always good. Freedom of Speech an important founding feature of our country! I do agree that insults do get in the way of good discussions! You have done a good job of handling the thread. Anyway where about in Snohomish county are you? I have a house just on the edge of Monroe but with a Snohomish address just off Trombley Road. Lived there for a few years and then turned it into a rental. I currently live on waterfront of Puget Sound down near SEATAC. Just watching the machinists.. Hope they don't kill the goose that lays the golden egg... Boeing being the largest employer in Snohomish county it's going to be interesting... Eric
