it is really good, nice taste and a wonderful finish. Full body and remember all you stout and porter drinkers, you pour them hard to release all the flavors.

get a big glass and tip the bottle upside down to pour it, that's pouring it hard, you will have to learn how much foam to glass size or your dog will end up drinking some off the floor.

I go to a place called 'total beer and wine' they have I would say 300-800 craft beers and a free great book about beers, what glass to use, how yo pour it, history of each kind of beer, what food to eat with it etc

your know hops was only added to beers in the 1800s, it was illegal to add it before that. (so was yeast, but they didn't know yeast existed until Louie Pastruer (sp) )

not only does hops add favor but also increases the life of beer.

Indian pale ales were one of the first to add hops and they called it india pale ale because it was the only beer that stayed good during a sailing trip from England(Europe) to India
