Rich_1, this line may be premature. I would never consider a board position and the liabilities it carries without the audited financials and disclosures filed and analyzed. We live in a litigous society. (This board is an excellent example of that) It will be in the best interests of the shareholders to have representation, but it would most definetly be a mistake to consider the option until the audited financials are filed. I have declined board seats for this very reason. Riley would appear to be the logical candidate to represent your group although Daddy may offer a larger presence to the board.
