I edited my previous quote to add in a screen shot of the delayed quotes, but all of the real time quotes from various vendors showed the same RUT valuations in real time. This should be major breaking news. The fact that it's not shows says a lot about the reality. I'm glad that I recognized that something was horribly amiss and did not execute any actions based on those faulty quotes.

But, yes, you're right. Who knows what the machines were doing, or if was intentional by someone to fight back against the machines. Incredible.

Even the real time quotes for RUT from stockcharts.com still indicate erroneous opening and maximum valuations for the day, which I have circled in red! Plus, look at the erroneous candle bar for today on the chart! There is a major story here, on the order of the infamous flash crash. I wouldn't be a bit surprised if millions of orders have to be rescinded. This is such bull$hit!
