Jim --

I'm averaging down. Bgt. before split at 99.

With TI, it's such a quality long term play, I don't worry about a few points. I'm just glad I didn't buy back in Sept. when I met Engibous at a DSP conference. I asked what he thought of Amati as an investment and he said something about it being a good company and then asked, "You own TI?" I said, no, though I wished I did. I think the stock was reaching its 52-week high about then.

I like these prices much better.

Later --
