You seem to have no problem with the fact that Obama has been addicted to cigarettes for decades. It is unclear whether he has, in fact, quit even now. Based on what I've seen over the years, some people can quit and never give it another thought (that's me). OTOH, some people quit and still crave cigarettes 10 years later. I suspect that Obama is in the second category. Is he stupid for it? Not for that. He is just hopelessly addicted. There's a difference.
