not exactly what your looking for, I don't think. No, but it's a start. There are quite a few practitioners out there. What there hasn't been is any way to search for them. What's important here, IMO, is that someone has finally started compiling a list. Maybe others will, too. In this county there is only one provider that doesn't take insurance and she is an endodontist. The list is admittedly incomplete. The site is asking for names. There is no one on their list from my state but a former PCP of mine is one. She was strictly cash back then, more than a decade ago.
