I think a potential crucial issue in the 2016 presidential campaign will be if the republican nominee is not too much of a pussy to choose the right time and then hammer on Hillary about Libya and not let up and not let up. When the Obama administration has control of the agenda this issue may or may not be futile. But in the context of a presidential campaign and debates I think Hillary's role and responsibility will be indefensible.
