That would be wonderful. Good thinking, Dave! If we did that, we might not have to raise the cap...

I've never understood why "unearned income" is taxed less that income earned by sweat and human work.

It really hardly seems fair, because it ISN'T.

I really don't understand why conservatives, especially the POOR vast majority, support the status quo. Are they just dumb as a bag of hammers?
