When Adam Schefter first broke the story, I didn't think there was a chance in hell he'd play regardless of Garrett's and JJ's day to day lines they threw out to the media. My bet is AS got the info directly from Romo's agent.

I expect the Cowboys to try to put this on Murray's back and have Orton manage the game and minimize mistakes.
