I have been in the business since 1992. I have seen hundreds of class actions. I assure you the lawyers are not out for the best interests of the shareholders. The lawyers only want a buck.

Having said that, it does smell bad, this selling by insiders. It may even lose. however, IMO, the suits are insignificant. It always is. Like I said, I have seen this hundreds of times. The settlements are ridiculously small and the stocks do not react on Wall Street. I think that you guys who are unfamiliar with these suits are making too much of it.
