<<he executives and directors need to be sued now over such issues as abrogated fiduciary duties, mismanagement, etc. : the stock price tells much of the story. >> it appears this is the ONLY way to get their attention. i am thoroughly disgusted with their arrogant refusals to disclose information which would NOT contravene any securities laws, nor divulge sensitive or competitive details. they do not follow through on any level, nor do they maintain even a pretense of interest in shareholder value.
