At a minimum, it is felony assault. Then again JLA is probably right about the guy. It appears he doesn't know that ingesting acid is in a different league than taking a hit on a joint.

I did those unenlightened folks a favor, a blessing, a ma'aseh tov. If they were ready, I'm sure they thank the stranger that showed them God, that gifted them with the knowledge that the world is more than they know, or even can know, a fantastic place they've been taught, raised and conditioned to see as ordinary. I feel sorry for you that keep missing out. You may die without ever realizing the wonder of this world.
