Riley! I called over to the co. to speak w/ Roland. He was busy, so I spoke with Lori. She informed me the stall HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH THE CONTRIBUTOR!! Rocky Mountain is the one ironing a few things out. Lori also informed me that the contributor is CONTRACTUALLY BOUND to the merger already. She also said that investors shouldn't be swayed by the garbage that certain factions are spewing here! The contract had spelling errors, now a few things are 'being ironed out'....again, the delay, according to the co., has NOTHING TO DO WITH THE CONTRIBUTOR!!!! Lori also informed me that Kuglers assertations are not reality based. He gets no info from the co. because of his relationship with the truth. If investors don't have the stomach for shorts bringing out the heavy artillary to 'fend us off, they might be better off with a less risky investment. The short position is over 4MM shares!! My broker was questioning the investment today until I told him the short position!!! He said "WOAH"!!!! If anyone thinks Morks' just gonna roll over, forget it, He declared bankruptcy 2 yrs. ago, he can't do it again for awhile! The CAVALRY is holding tight !!! DON'T DOUBT!!! IF YOU DO, SELL!!!
