Its one data point. If you actually had had analysis of all those deaths, it would be a lot of data points (too much for one person to deal with) but it still wouldn't be enough. The gross number of data points would be huge but they would all be on one side of the comparison.

Its likes saying "35 points isn't enough for you", when your asking me who won the football game and I don't know the score of the other team.

Actually it doesn't even rise to quite to that point since its not just the gross number of deaths for each country that is needed, but the rate per capita, rate per treatment, and then adjustments for different conditions being treated and different circumstances (other than those brought on by the medical care) of the people receiving treatment.
