Sector

<<<<I am looking for some good long term investments for a small
trust fund for a 2 year old niece - say at least a 10 year
horizon in which I want to cover H/S and college costs.
Would DEPO be a good investment at this time for a small
portion of this fund, say 5-10%?>>>>

Nope. DEPO, in my opinion, is too risky for a trust fund.
Put the money for her education in a good mutual fund.

good luck,
richard

Dear Sector Investor, if I were you, I would definitely use 5% of my portfolio to buy half of it now, and wait to put another 5% in after a full FDA approval of their DepoCyt. Since you call yourself a sector investor, I assume you are betting heavily in one sector ? I would even put more if I were betting in the biotech sector alone. Depo really make sense to me at this junction. However, i would suggest you to read more posts on this thread and make your own judgement. Tom D. always says his is the best, I think you can trust him for this - one time only, :>).

Good luck.
