Taxi,

Thanks for the link. I did a bunch of surfing tonite for AIPN and
Millenium. Went over most of the press releases since the beginning
of the year. Specifically, take a look at this release provided by
Millenium when they were hired by AIPC to initial a "national PR
campaign" in order to attract investors and broker coverage:

My thoughts regarding Millenium now are that they are being paid by
AIPC to not only attract institutional investors, get brokerages to
cover to stock, help with any aquisitions, but also to attract AIPN
investors via the Internet. I think their basic problem is that we
call them and get differing statements each time, "no comment", or
their "opinion du jour". That drives people nuts, us, them, everyone.
My personal opinion is that they need to take a more professional
and courteous stance when dealing with ALL investors, provide us
with consistent and clear feedback, dump the opinions, and make darn
sure they don't "hold back" material information from the public.

As I stated before, I believe that the Soviet seismic analysis is
complete. If so, release the goddamn results - good, bad, or same!
The ONLY reason I can think of for not releasing it is if CEO Faris
believes that it's release could adversely impact the ongoing JV
discussions for the shareholder. And I don't see how it could.

Starting another line of conversation, isn't it interesting to note
that only the western half of the concession has been evaluated,
not the eastern half where the Chikuduk structure is located? Do
you think that AIPC might be evaluating the western half in order
to sell it off, and use the proceeds to develop the eastern half
which has Chikuduk in it? Seems resonable, doesn't it?

Regards,
JT
