There experts but they aren't analyzing quality since that's too much work (not saying their lazy but if they had worked 24/7/365 they still wouldn't have enough hours,
omg.......you have heard of computers, haven't you? Insurance co's handle that much data on a routine basis and so do other fields including Medicare.....
