Computers wouldn't be very relevant yet, not without a lot more advancement in AI. Yes computers can manipulate many types of data much faster than people can, but this isn't primarily about manipulating data (that might be an important secondary role that computers could make cheaper and faster but it isn't the primary problem). Analyzing quality requires expert observation and judgement. (Or at least it does in many cases where the subject is complex and the quality differences are not massive.)
