Byron, I spoke with Helen a few days ago and she said she was not expecting any more news before the end of the year. She also said Franklin was shipping approx 30 Tempest a week with half going to Ftel and the others to customers. So when you say SHORTLY what is your time frame? Iam concerned that Franklin is losing its so-called lead with transmission quality- how long do you think it will take the big guys to match this quality- Not long- and if Franklin doesn't get Ftel up and running pretty quick they will be an also ran in the race to internet telephone co. I don't feel $7 mil is enough to get the job done and with companies that have $100 mil to spend Franklin looks pretty small. I hope within 6 mo we have what we all have been hoping for- a $20 stock. IMHO, Joe
