They were put into effect by the democratic process. So I don't know what your confusion is?

I think it may be possible technically for it to happen that fast, but I don't think it can happen that fast socially or governmentally. A Republican issue for the future, the "right to drive", instead of being forced to let the robot do it. We may have "right to drive" states, just as we have "right to work" states today.

A future political football. The robot-driver industry should already be formulating a campaign..
