IF (and that is a VERY BIG if) Tea Party actually delivers on everything it preaches (as opposed to every other politician that promises and forgets), so if they do, THEN fiscally tea party will do well, but on all other fronts they will be a disaster. Anyway the point is moot on two accounts: (1) tea party has no track record; just rhetoric. (2) they don't stand a snowball's chance in hell of forming the government.
