Joe, Michael Z sounds like quite a guy. Having people like that onboard must be DCI's most valuable of assets. Shorting DCTC at these levels sounds like potential financial suicide to me and I don't pretend to understand it at all either. I have always been on the "long" side of DCI myself. Myself and some others I respect believe that part of the volume we have seen the last 2 days has been short covering. Exactly how this can be done without running the price up is something I don't understand about the MM's, however this type of action seems to often preceede a move up in DCTC from what I have seen in the past. It adds a considerable amount of confidence to me (and I am sure other DCI holders as well) to know that the company stands behind it's stock and is both able $$ wise and willing to look into ways to insure a fair level of valuation. Also appreciated is the consistent manner in which past aquisitions with stock have been done to increase, rather than to dilute the value of "our" stock. You would be surprised at the number of companies that do not treat their shareholders in such a manner. Be sure to let me know if you ever decide to build another company, I want to own stock in that one too. <G> Stayin on the long side, James
