Hey Bulbaman,

Can you give me a couple of hours to research rkrw's picks and then let you know about changes to my Contest portfolio? (I guess I actually have a couple of days.) LOLOL I don't have any of the stocks on rkrw's list, so you may as well eliminate me from the Contest now.

My picks (surely not as interesting as rkrw's for many reasons):

ARIA 5%
AEGR 5%
AUXL 5%
ENTA 20%
MNTA 15%
NBIX 20%
QCOR 10%
SPRT 20%

$100 to winner's charity. My charity - SVPI - Social Venture Partners International.

>> and my employer will match it <<

Guffaw!

Cash off to UTEC (website, which has an expanded "in honor of" section, probably known in-house as the rkrw additions). Once again, CONGRATS on the win, and thanks for the stock picks, the donations to charities other than your own pick, and your general goodwill toward sector investors. Class act. Best of 2014s!

"my employer will match it"

Who is your employer? I thought you owned half of all the small-cap biotechs in the world by now.

My first real head scratcher in you portfolio is CTIC. How can you pick a company headed up by Blanco? You've got to explain that one to me.

No worries Jim, definitely scratching my head again over a few of your picks (especially CTIC). I expect to be proven wrong by end of the 2014 again though. LOL The only names we have in common are RTRX and IPH.PA.
