Revolution Resources (RV-T) has appointed Michael McPhie to the board of directors and Jodie Gibson, PGeo, as vice-president of exploration.

The Company also announces that Mr. Terry Bell and Mr. Michael Williams have stepped down from the Board of Directors. The Board would like to thank Mr. Bell and Mr. Williams for their contributions, and wish them well in their future endeavors.

Michael McPhie is President and CEO of Curis Resources Ltd., a development-stage copper Company. In a career spanning more than 20 years, he has been a senior executive with several Canadian mining and exploration companies leading the financing and development of projects on four continents, the CEO of the Mining Association of British Columbia (MABC), a consultant to both the mining and renewable energy sectors globally, and a senior policy advisor with Canada's federal department of Natural Resources. He is also a director of several other public and private companies active in the Canadian minerals sector.

Michael is the current Chair of the Board of Directors of the Association for Mineral Exploration British Columbia (AMEBC) and the British Columbia Institute of Technology (BCIT) Foundation Board and was the former Chair of the Board of Governors of BCIT until 2012. Michael is a member of the BC Business Council, the Arizona Mining Association, a Director of the Britannia Beach Historical Society and an active member of the annual BC Children's Hospital "Mining for Miracles" campaign. Michael was acknowledged as one of Vancouver's Top 40 under 40 business leaders in 2004 and was given an Award of Merit by the Government of Canada for his work in advancing constructive public policy for the Canadian mining industry.

Michael earned a Bachelor of Science degree in physical geography from Simon Fraser University, a Master's of Science degree in Environment and Management from Royal Roads University and is a registered Qualified Environmental Professional (QEP) certified by the Institute of Professional Environmental Practice. He is a strong advocate for responsible development, sustainability and good practice in business globally.

Jodie Gibson M.Sc., P.Geo, is an innovative exploration geologist with strong technical and managerial skills, and mineral exploration experience in various tectonic and orogenic environments throughout North America. He has explored in multiple orogenic greenstone and volcanic island-arc terranes, targeting both syngenetic and epigenetic precious and base metals systems.

In the capacity of Senior Geologist and Project Manager Jodie was part of the Underworld Resources team that discovered and defined the Golden Saddle and Arc deposits in the Yukon. Following Underworld's acquisition by Kinross in May 2010, Mr. Gibson has been an integral team member in Revolution's Champion Hills gold discovery in North Carolina and Full Metal Minerals/Antofagasta Minerals Pyramid Cu-Mo-Au porphyry discovery in Alaska. Mr. Gibson received a Bachelor of Science Degree in Geology in 2003 and a Master of Science Degree in Geology in 2006 from Indiana State University. He is a member of the Association of Professional Engineers and Geoscientists of BC.
