I haven't even tried to keep track of their numerous financings.

My question is, "Can an individual investor just buying shares ever expect to profit from any success that CTIC may have. i.e. - do the institutions that have financed CTIC for the last few years have so many warrants, convertibles, ... that they will suck the life out of the stock long before other shareholders get a chance to see anything?

I suspect the answer is, "not any time soon".

But then, I've never seen you err on a fundamental of this nature. So I'd be even more surprised if you did this time.
