Hi Wharf Rat; I don't just "believe" it, I know it for a fact.

The President resides over the "Executive Branch" which employs about 4 million people. That's about 2 or 3 percent of the working population of the country. Here, look at their website:

Including members of the armed forces, the Executive Branch employs more than 4 million Americans.

So do you want to argue that the armed forces are hired by the President?

Of course not. The president has only a few thousand people he can hire or fire. The vast majority of the people working in the executive branch have absolutely nothing to fear from the President. He's an empty suit. This is true Republican or Democrat.

Hell, the President doesn't even draft the legislation that decides how Congress spends money. All he does is sign the bills.

And it's a good thing the President isn't responsible for job growth because he's a complete moron.
