To All: For what it's worth...My OmniTrader stock picker program put out a double buy signal on TRIBY this week. If it tends to stay in it's usual pattern this would be a good time to load up around 2 1/8 and sell around 3. Looking at it at purely a technical level.

The lawsuit concerns about 600k shares of Selfcare (SLF) that are nominally owned by Trinity. Selfcare disputes the validity of the shares. More details can be found in these two old posts:
