I don't understand Tim's message in relation to the 1% increase on bonds for SSI? Why would China agree to pay more than market interest rates? Did she have fun? It was more of an adventure that feels good that you survived it. She had to live in a tent in Arcata for a while. Financially it turned out OK though. She's having fun now though. She and a friend have gone to Tahoe where they got jobs in a photo studio and are hanging with the ski bums.
