Look at the short volume for the last year. The blue line shows you the % of the volume that was short. REFR's is over 50% consistently.

Now look at Google, which trades 10 times the volume of REFR. The short selling in rarely higher than 40%.

Most short traders cover the same day. REFR short sellers have added another 784K since August.
