Rubble, glad to see you here. I reread your July post, still makes sense. I read the word "challenge" regarding production to be a standard press-release CYA word, as opposed to "piece of cake". Guess I've written to many releases, kind of jaded.

I agree with this 100%, <<I found the wording of today's announcement somewhat worrisome...it didn't give a plausible explanation for a 25% drop in revs. It made me start doubting the integrity of those who are running this little ambitious company. I'm confident though that their explanation will be clarified in the coming days. If not,VVUS may be hit especially hard by December selling, which should be pretty big
anyway as people dump their shares to get 1997 tax deductions. In my next post...perhaps some good news!>>

Bring on the good news. I was up early checking numbers and ran across Sailor who was saying, "We're down almost seven points and the market doesn't open for hours!" There was nothing we could do but watch. You know the rest of the story.
