Yes Lunn industries mergered with Technical Products group Last October or early Novermber. It was a mess. Lunn went for around 1.5$ per share. TPG was a private company and bigger. The stock shares exchanged was 1 for 10. TPG share holder got 10 lunn share holder got 1. They formed ATPX. There was a symbol change to ATPX and very little news from the company before and after the merger took effect. Most brokerage's did not pick up the stock split. and or the symblol change,-it was a mess. Shareholders did not know what to do. Stock finally opened at 19 and was sold short down to 15 and then eventully dropped to 12. It's around that now. It never rebounded due to the company had promised the news of Many new and large contracts. After the merger. It never came through on it's promise. Knew investors never got in. The stock went stagnant. Both company's were in Aero Space and had good fundamentals ,Patents. Boeing was Doing great. Why the company never supported the stock I don't know. Finally ATPX said finacial's would be out around (APRIL 98) to late. Cvia proably won't be the same. There just a Pure Shell. With some holding in other company's. Every one seem to inpressed with CEO "Arnold" But this stock is extremely speculative. Don't know if there is going to be a Symbol change. If you can't afford to lose don't get in. Long shot. Depends on Management, who they merge with and of course MM's. Try to sum it up as I seen it. Sweez P.S THere is a vote for a reverse split coming up on XCL Dec 17, 1997. Watch it. 1 for 15. Note not a reverse merger but a Split. Lunn,ATpx went off like a reverse split but was supposed to be a reverse merger . BEST of luck Sweez Tryed to sum us best I could.
