Other businesses in that sector don't have a high of percentage of their employees that need aid.

So almost 9 out of 10 employees of Walmart (probably the biggest employer of entry level workers) don't receive aid, and other the percentage for other workers is even lower. So much for the argument that we should raise minimum wages because otherwise we are subsidizing employers...

Walmart is gaming the system and shifting the support of its employees to the taxpayer.

No, politicians shift the support to the tax payer. Walmart did not create, or as far as I can tell even strongly advocate for, such assistance.

A typical store can't operate with fewer employees without negatively impacting sales.

You don't necessarily get a lot fewer employees per store (although there are ways to reduce that as well, for example with other businesses hiring low wage employees you can automate food service to a greater degree) you can get fewer stores. The marginal store gets closed, or at least doesn't open.

You like to pretend that things like a minimum wage increase only affects a few companies, putting them at a disadvantage.

You like to pretend I say or think things that I don't.
