It cost more to extract oil from a country overridden with savages. If you want cheap gas you will have to send your freeloading aboriginal friends out into the wilds to fend for themselves and live off the land. In the meantime we the people have to support them so you will need to pay your fair share by way of taxes and that includes extra gasoline excise tax. Chart below shows that you got nothing to bitch about re gas tax and price, apparently Quebec has even more natives then Alberta......
