Absolutely , Instead of spending millions trying to enforce the antiquated anti pot laws collect millions in extra tax revenue. I am not sure of the numbers but if take out the police man hours , court cost and jail time cost for convicted pot smokers and add in the tax revenue I dont doubt it will be near a billion a year for Colorado. Imagine on a country wide scale. If we elect a Liberal Government next election we may see a referendum on legalization.
