"Asia is not a major concern....but, 70% of components come from there, so we buy stuff in dollars......which should allow us to pass on the savings".....to paraphrase....Anytime, I see that smile....I think of buying the stock..Kevin Rollins adding that most countries in Europe with the exception of Germany appear to be on a bit of a rebound" ...."looks like a bit of a spurt"......and the recent announcement of him selling the shares ....Steve put that in perspective...Mike would not sell if he thought the company was going to do poorly in the next few qts...it would ruin the rest of his stock holdings..a loss of faith so to speak... Just look back and realize where this stock was a few months prior to all this Asian mess...and it won't impact the growth that much....the guys emphasizing this messed up and missed the last 18 month run...now they want in....so kill the stock or sector verbally...get everyone to panic....buy back at a lower point....but, Jan. is coming and there will be too much $$$ available...and bonds aren't the answer...IDC article basically dismissed this as a minimal negative against the company...and probably most important quote I read recently: "So far it hasn't paid to bet against Michael Dell and his Austin, Texas crew."....
