Looks like Feline was right about the elevation, less right about the winter temperaturas (I don't think 4 below Fahrenheit would be the average July daily temperature, but the average July daily low, i.e. warming in the day, remember that while Diablillos is fairly high, it is at the latitude of the estado of Durango, not exactly the NWT) ... but misleading with his/her/its overall slant.

I don't think so. People with the confrontational sort of style that goes around throwing epithets like "ignorant" (however accurate the charge may be -g-) tend not to do well in Iberoam‚rica, as the resulting scuffles are counter-productive to the projects in hand.
