what ???? they can't buy stuff from Europe? China ?

so cuba would have great medical care if they could buy medical care stuff from a terrible medical care country like the US ?

do any liberal ever think things out ?

I saw a great doctor in Cuba the care was superb. The fact the doctor only gets paid $20 a week must suck for him but I had no complaints. No education quite like going somewhere...

Cuba takes their citizens health as a responsibility:

Knew a guy that departed there on a raft, opened an auto repair shop in SE AK. He could fix most anything with chewing gum and a few angry words.

He didn't find Cuba a paradise, so left, came here, and made this a better place..

Maybe you could reciprocate the favor in the other direction?
