They seem to be ignorant spoiled tourists on a jolly: <"Frustrated because we had hoped to have some certainty regarding a plan for returning to family and loved ones after already many changes, but of course we are very aware why there is a new situation here and so can't be too upset," Peacock told ABC News in a statement. "Having to just accept the situation for what it is and find ways to stay calm about it all and keep occupied - it's a wonderful environment, a beautiful sunset over the ice right now.">

Lots of people raised in "Wear your safety helmet and fluorescent jacket on your tricycle dear, you can't be too safe" seem to think the world is Disneyland writ large. They regularly get in trouble in extreme conditions such as hiking to the North Pole, climbing Mount Everest, taking photos of tigers and doing all sorts of stupid things.
It's reasonable to go on a ship designed for the expedition to measure ice, but there is an ignorant and naive aspect to the situation. A DC10 tourist airliner from New Zealand crashed into Mount Erebus 30 years ago, in similar circumstances = local conditions beat the pilots and passengers who didn't know what they were getting into.

Andrew Peacock, a rescued passenger aboard the Aurora Australis, says he's frustrated in the change of plans.

Oh, boo hoo... Andrew Peabrain, just another elitist selfish twit..

I'm really curious as to who's going to foot the bill for this farce. Maybe they can send the bill to the penguins who have been watching the show..
