Management has seriously considered their options since the announcement. So what are they? Take the deal as it stands. Unlikely Reject outright. Issue upbeat press about future blah blah blah, Stock drops, shareholders upset, but insiders remain in control (probable) Negotiate for better price. Possibly Look for other suitors. Depends who they know who can immediately step forward. Regardless of outcome, current share price of ABTE will not remain the same for long. IF I was a shareholder, I know which short term option I would prefer. Mrski
