I was at the shareholder's meeting. And yes, there was some discussion. A couple of bullet points, and then perhaps I'll comment more when I've reviewed my notes.

Mike Higgins said, among other things, that they've won 50% of the contracts they've bid on thus far. In no case have they been the low bidder. In contracts that they have won, competitors have included DDIM and CPWR.

Their current workload is about 10 million lines of code. Pricing of lines of code is 25c to 85c per line. There are a lot of variables that go into line pricing, but Mike Higgins said that their pricing on any particular line allows for profitability on the pure cost of processing. Obviously, corporate overhead is not figured into that part of the equation yet.

I will get to other points ... like business they're bidding on, prospective head counts, soon. Doug

ZMAX is a scam

> Good news. Rainer (rd) is back.
> This is a MAJOR buy signal.

Niko Sahlas, give facts which everyone can prove!
Not rumors and personal attacks as a beginner.

Why is ZMAX not yet fully registered? What do they want
to hide? Are they listed at the NASDAQ?
Why ZMAX made a jump to 20 US$ when dirty boys
in Germany promoting this micro-cap in German,
Austria and Switzerland TV? Since this days volume
and price is continously dropping.

Some comments are to stupid, not worth a comment; they
only worth to read to get a impression of the authors
character and his simple structur in thoughts.
