Starting with America's Miss Nevada who really has a clue being from the west, we segue into the bright-eyed & bushy-tailed Miss Virginia who only thinks "bits & pieces" of evolution should be taught because the favorite pastime of Baptist brother bubba is going out & pounding high velocity lead pellets into ducks and nature is very important.

Miss Kentucky, the next girl truely illiterate & indoctriniated one sees easily how ignorance & stupidity is a maintained tradition in some of America's hamlet school systems, bred into them., thats if she even went to school.

Miss Alabama we're back to "Brother Bubba & the Bible Belt" , this time we absolutely don't want this evil subject being taught to kids, it might mean we share common ancestry with those other darker beings in the human race, the girl is was opinionated & closeminded as she was stupid.

Miss Idaho , like a true sugar sweet Mormon danced around candy mouthed, she has to allow for the mention of evolution since its the basic premise of Mormonism is we get to evolve up the spirtual ladder & recieve our own planets to rule over in the after life. When in 1969 we found Mormon thought evolving which then alllowed for heaven to include black races, so no longer Joseph Smith's heaven of only "White Like Me"

Miss Hawaii, obviously a godless heathen native ancestry, would be open & accepting of such, only in the state of Hawaii do you find not only the Bible in hotel room drawers but also The Teachings of the Buddha as well. The Islands being an archipelago chain, we see firey geological evolution in action with island formation, so its hard to dance around this reality. As usual the Hawiian was gifted & nice, Miss Alabama was truely the opposite.

Miss Wisconsin gets honorable mention stating she's a Catholic and was taught by her priest that evolution does not conflict with her faith, that Pope John Paul officially accepted evolution theory. Here's where the real distaster lay in the truely evil, ignorant & devisive nature of the religious right in america, when evolution itself absolutely depicts the importance of family (and inheritance) and represents a view of life that is truely vast from a sense of an ongoing cauldron of creation. That traces all the way back to the beginning and before the beginning to the birth & death of other stars when this solar system itself was just a cloud of dust & gas.

The disaster lay in how they can get the story & what it represents so consistently wrong? People cannot be so contentious & intentionally ignorant or can they? Ah, but we know the answer to this in the convention of motivated reasoning of simpleminded fundamentalism.

"Leave it up to the Government"

"Everybody should have a right to have their OPINIONS" taught. And people can make up their own minds!"

"I think so. Yeah-that is kind of a tough one. (Pause)...Yeah...I think so"

"But the biblical stuff should be taught as well. People should make their own decisions. We're smarter than ever these days..." OUCH!

So why do we need teachers and schools again? If it is merely a matter of opinion and cherry picking opinions to fit what feels good for you, then we can save a bundle of money by disbanding all schools.

Brumar can tell his grandkid (if he has one) that woman was made from a rib and should be silent and subservient--and they have absolutely no reason to consider his opinion as misguided and dangerous.

"honey...don't forget your veil?"
