Thanks, Dan.

I've always been of the opinion that SNDK is a bad stock. Great company, bad stock. Almost always underperforms peers. Only real way to play it is the range, the volatility; even now - now with the more stable and mature market - especially now - and the dividend - providing a rudder, less sleeplessness. It's a good pure play if you know this sector. Other NAND stocks are more muddied, more difficult to figure out what's going on, as complex as SNDK's business model is.... Still, better to play the range.

FWIW, the statistics are based on Excel file (Excel 2010) which I've created.

You can download it here:

sendspace.com

1. In Yahoo, download historical prices into a file (Download option at the end of the historical prices page)

2. Retrieve my file. When asked, enable contents of the file.
3. Copy & Paste the historical prices into the downloaded file.
4. Click GO
5. You'll get many useful price statistics.
6. No maintenance required.
7. You can duplicate the worksheet to include many companies in the same file.
