For the last 5 months??? From mid-October to now???? Uh, he trades the stock. That's what shorts do, if anything he's holding the price back. Doesn't matter if you buy and then sell or sell and then buy, it has the same effect. He's actually "helping" you. You just said on Yahoo that he was colluding with you and I objected to that, let him know you said that and then his response was bizarre. So full disclosure,,,,have you had any contact with him or are you just "students" who use his "alerts" to sell against his buying and then add to his sell signal to try and make it more damaging? The thing is that is not working at all any more. The stock is moving up quite nicely and rebounding immediately after the walkdowns. Been that way for months and months now. Different times. You're only relevance is one of legality. Who is shorting this stock? What hedge fund(s) is stuck. Are Dale Baker's followers all short REFR, how did this get to Elgindy? That you could share and we'd all be very, very, interested. ND
