We know most of what Jesus said was fabricated to the point the scriptural Jesus is but a caricature of the historical one but that was not the case with Socrates, Plato and Aristotle.

No, Socrates is on the list, that does not mean Plato is not. Those three people, Socrates, Plato, and Aristotle, practically created philosophy as we understand it......
