But you do not promote the site. In fact your tweets disparage SI. What kind of advantage is that? What exactly do you offer SI members who would join in the future? Harassment? Lies? Idiotic statements? Maniacal posting on their investment threads if you're short their stock. Sound like a boon for SI......yeah.....right. Out with the old, in with the new. Out with the crooks. You've lied through your teeth to people, why would SI ever want people like you posting here? Read your posts and what kind of behavior is that? Attractive to investors? You ARE the penny stock promoters. Dale tweeted that there was an important new thread they should follow and IT'S A PENNY STOCK from Canada ---- that'll bring in the masses. A Twitter investor comes back, Twitter owners on StockTwits check her out and what do you know, they realize she has something to offer. Oh, and she's banned from Dale's thread. She dared to disagree. Dale's behavior isn't stupid, it's criminal because he knows the truth. You only have shown everyone how vile this site could get and will never get again. SI Dave can shove it. He did nothing to stop the harassment, lies. I still have the letters I wrote to him. I'll bet you love the old SI because they let you run the very criminal operation you say will descend on the site if you leave. How ironic! ND

Good analysis of the history ..don't necessarily agree with the new direction theory ..except the part about the danger of simply destroying the utility of the site by failing to comprehend why it has survived, ie the virtual community that must maintain the ownership concept It is Texas level arrogance to believe that by acquiring the servers and the goodwill, one is free to make whatever changes they wish and retain the cache that has developed over 2 decades

What is the vision of the site? All one has to do is look to whom the representatives of the site are friendly and those to whom they are hostile.I predict that, in the near future, this site will see much more activity on penny stock threads. Stock promoters and trading gurus will have their own protected threads and they will either officially or unofficially be protected by the site rules and/or administrators.We will see an increase in accusations that naked shorts and boiler room short raiders are depressing the price of a stockAnd we will see a lot of cheerleading and excitement about very marginal companies with ridiculous claims. In other words, they aspire for Silicon Investor to become another Investors Hub.
