Ugly! Freezing rain is so destructive if it develops into a full-fledged ice storm. They are threatening Toronto with another go-around with that now that they have finished cleaning up from the last one.

Meanwhile, Newfoundland and Nova Scotia are starting to get their infrastructure working again after 4 major storms in a few weeks. And on the Canadian Prairies they are breaking all sorts of records. All of Saskatchewan is under a wind chill warning, and with wind chill Winnipeg -- nickname Winterpeg -- has been hitting 50 below. When stoic Winnipeggers start to complain about the winter, you know it's really really bad.
