No. Trial transcripts show that REFR was put in front of them but was not a scam. Just you guys needing some backup, like when Asensio lied to Forbes. Asensio gave names of companies he was shorting to Dingell who headed the congressional committee that used to oversee the SEC. That's probably how Royer got it. Dingell wrote that to me in a letter responding to my allegations of naked short selling and how they were bypassing the downtick rule, which the Madoff Exemption took away allowing for the kind of naked shorting that took down Bear Stearns and Lehman. Then congress bails them out with our tax money after they wiped out the economy adding more rules but never suspecting Madoff. Madoff was Chairman of the Board of Directors of NASDAQ, they trusted him even after his activities were brought to their attention. Even Madoff is speaking out and saying the naked short selling is as strong as when he was doing it. He took out 50Billion from the economy, now congress and the SEC are just say, "hey take some more" we don't need financing for new business and companies apparently in America. Unemployed should take a job at McDonalds instead of our funding federal extensions. Thank you Tea Party for you idiotic ignorance of who is stealing the money. Oh yeah.....campaign finance reform might help.
