Could just be an extended period of financial repression and low rates Steve continue to extend asset multiples to cash flow across the board. Get that wealth effect and feasibility to build new with high asset prices driving economic growth higher yet again. Probably need much more velocity in money supply plus lending to J6P with high leverage first before another crash IMHO.. I read the fed is leveraged 59 to 1 and growing so my additional guess is we need a flat yield curve as well to trigger the great unwinding....
